I've been doing that for almost a year now and it doesn't work. i have a poor metabolism and a disorder called Polly-Cystic Ovarian Syndrome. the combination of those two factors means that i can't lose weight at all without medicinal aid. unfortunately, I'm also not heavy enough for the doctors to provide medical aid. so, i have to spend a ton of money on Hoodia Gordonii DEX-L10 Complete. it's $40 a bottle but it works. i lost 20 lbs. in two months. now i just have 3 months to go. um…yeah…
